Kristina is a veteran California cannabis sales and business owner with over 14 years in the industry. Kristina first started working in cannabis in 2012 when she opened High Tides, a medical delivery service in South Lake Tahoe. After 3 years running Hide Tides, she then transitioned to work on brand development, sales and consulting across multiple cannabis companies including Cresco Labs, Sublime Canna, Pureextracts, Canndescent and Herban Industries.
Madeline has an in-depth background in sales, marketing and trade marketing in large CPG organizations. She worked at dosist and lead trade marketing strategy and execution across all US markets. Prior to that, Madeline worked at Anheuser-Busch for 7+ years leading trade marketing tactics and execution across a portfolio of brands including Bud Light, Stella Artois, Michelob Ultra and Golden Road.
Kenny has 10+ years experience in sales, distribution and sales operations across multiple industries. Most recently, Kenny worked at JUUL developing tools, technology and processes helping scale and grow the business across the US market. Prior to JUUL, Kenny started his career at Southern Wine and Spirits as a sales manager across chains, on-premise and convenience.
Wes has an extensive background in sales and distribution across tobacco and alcohol. Most recently, Wes worked at JUUL managing key accounts and distributor execution across Nevada, California, Idaho, Wyoming and Montana. Prior to JUUL, Wes worked at Southern Wine and Spirits for 8+ years in multiple roles including district manager, on-premise manager and off-premise wine manager.
Eric started working in the cannabis industry in early 2015. Most recently, Eric was the key account manager for dosist where he managed the largest retailer accounts across California. Prior to dosist, Eric led sales at Marley Naturals and before that was a top performer at Pure Beauty. Prior to his work in cannabis, Eric worked in the fashion industry at UNIF and WeSC.
Nicole prides herself on interpersonal relationships and continuing to learn while educating others. She spent five years teaching before pursuing her passion for the medicinal aspects of cannabis. She has held multiple positions including a patient consultant, a brand representative and a multi-territory account manager. She has worked for Jetty Extracts, Utopia, Headstash, and now is excited to be at Final Bell.

Justin has an extensive background in sales and promotions across multiple categories. Most recently, Justin worked at dosist as the market manager for the Los Angeles Territory where he drove sales, distribution and partner relations. Prior to dosist, Justin was a market manager for Iron Tree Cannabis. Justin is originally from Florida where he worked as a territory manager for BODYARMOR, responsible for the promotion and retail execution of BODYARMOR programming across Large Format and Small Format retailers.

James has a rich experience in sales across cannabis and tobacco industries. He worked at dosist as the Southern California sales director where he led a top performing team. Prior to dosist, James worked at JUUL where he led sales and execution across Southern California and Hawaii.
Dave has 20+ years in sales experience in the packaged food and natural supplements industries. Dave started his career at Nordic Naturals, leading the key account business across large natural food retailers. Since then Dave has led-sales at multiple all-natural supplement and food companies including MegaFood, Gaia Herbs, Nutrigold, Frangiosa Farms and Maple Valley Cooperative.
Gary has a rich experience in sales, partner relations, and sales strategy across cannabis and alcohol industries. He worked at dosist as the Northern California Sales Director, where he grew significant distribution and market share. Prior to that, Gary worked at JUUL leading the top-performing Southern California sales team. Gary is originally from Illinois, where worked in the spirits industry and ran multiple successful bars and nightclubs.
Zeke has over 20+ years experience running sales organizations in highly regulated industries including alcohol, tobacco, and cannabis. Most recently, Zeke was the VP of Sales for leading cannabis brand dosist where he oversaw the entire global sales organization. Prior to dosist, Zeke was the Regional Vice President, West at JUUL where he built and led the top performing region at the company.
